What words of same meaning can use to replace "very"?
In the next semester I will start the level Advanced 1 in my English Course, and my teacher said that we can't use the word "very" in the class, but the one word that I know can replace this is "pretty". What other words I could use?

I suppose they want you to extend your vocabulary by using words other than "very", but that strikes me as a bit artificial since the word is very (!) commonly used by native speakers. There are a variety of qualifying adverbs that can substitute, including the "pretty" you mention, but that one isn't a close synonym, since the degree of intensity it implies is less than "very". In American English I would add that the word "really" is quite common as a synonym for "very". It might be considered more informal and used more by young people but it is common.
