값 vs. 가격 Both are defined in my notes as "price," but I was wondering if there was a nuance that I was missing. Thanks!

You are right. You can just use both of them. Even if there is a difference between both, don't care about that. I'm sure it is trivial. Good luck!!

These 2 words have many different meanings. example, 밥값 (worth for the meal) 아, 밥값이라도 해야하는데,,,, (oh, I feel like I gotta do something worth enough for the meal.) This case, It could go with anything. Our life is worthy. Well, this is not so much valuable/significant/important work. Live a meaningful life. X의 값을 구하라. Find the X value. What's the output? and also 가격 has a few different meanings too such as hitting/punching. He hit the opponent. He started to fight back to against opponent. and an another meaning of 가격, you don't need to know cuz we all don't know either now since it has become an old old very very old word. anyway, good to see you back again. we will make you an impeccable Korean speaker. lol

가격 always means the price while 값 can also mean worth, numeric value depending on the context. 이 제품은 돈값을 못 한다: this product isn't worth the money Brexit 투표율 예상값은 72%이다. The estimated turnout value of the Brexit vote lies at 72%.
