Wikipedia states that the Indonesian pronounciation is [ˈkopi ˈlu.aʔ]. As it's a foreign word, English speakers would try to approximate it using sounds familiar to them or read it out loud comparing it to other words spelled similarly.
I have never heard that word spoken out loud but it would probably be spoken very closely to the Indonesian pronounciation as all the sounds in it would be familiar to an English speaker. Maybe it would be rendered [ˈkopi ˈlu.waʔ] or [ˈkopi ˈlu.wak].
I only have passing knowledge of IPA but I figured I'd give an answer a try as probably not that many people know it very well anyways.
