You can also say "De acuerdo" inside of "vale".

"Esta bien" , "de acuerdo" , "perfecto" (actually it is like saying perfect in the sense of great, i agree!) "muy bien! ...
in a relaxed environment
"Vale", "sale y vale", "orale" , "ta bueno" ...
