"How do your friends call you?" (Much Japanese order, I think.) 
otomodachi(your friendis) niwa(by) nante(How) yobarete(call) masuka?

おともだち　には　なんて　よばれてますか？
お友達には何てよばれてますか。

You can ask nicname. 
" Tell me your nickname? "

. >> nikkune-mu(nickname) wa nandesuka?　(What is your nickname?)
ニックネームはなんですか。
ニックネームは何ですか。

>> (yorosikereba) nikkune-mu(nicname) o osietekudasai. (Tell meyour nickname?)
（よろしければ、）ニックネームをおしえてください。
（よろしければ、）ニックネームを教えてください。

yorosikereba（よろしければ） means (if you don't mind).
You can add this phrase but may be too polite.
