Comment dire "pica" en français?
I have a favourite type of candy. An example is Haribo's "Tangfastics". In English we say it is sour and fizzy. In Spanish it is called "pica". Please, what is the word in French? So I can describe this candy to people. I cannot find it in my dictionary nor on Google.

Haribo candies are well known and many have tasted them, so it is a fair bet to say that when you refer to "les bonbons Haribo acides qui piquent", we will know what exactly what you mean.
Sour translation varies between "aigre" and "acide" depending on the context : most of the time it is acid, unless you speak of a soup, a yogurt or something like that.
Pica has the same root in french and spanish, from verb "piquer", des aliments qui piquent ! And the usage of this verb is also totally in agreement with tasting acid things or hot things. (if you eat a lemon or a pepper for instance).
Fizzy would be translated to "pétillant", but that applies to beverages not so much to candies. Though, I understand what you mean, that the taste does not come as a hammer blow, but by little spunky bits. I don't know an equivalent in french to render that idea in a single word.
