I advice to you to write on google azzurro and click on images. After you can do the same thing with celeste and blue if you want. You will see that azzurro and celeste more or less are the same color.
The name azzurro, comes from Persian language and mean sapphire.
The name celeste, comes from the latin word " caelestis " and mean celestial - of the sky

That's tricky, but if you consider how many names colours have, you shouldn't be too surprised. There are hundreds of color tables online and they are a bit confusing, but this one seems to be clear enough for your purpose: http://www.studiodanzaitalia.it/prodotti/tutu-danza/tutu-da-danza_c2605.html
Please consider that I would say "Azzurro" for "Baia" too. The other shades of blue are all correct.

We'd need of a designer to reply to this question.. Joke aside, as far as I'm concerned blu, "azzurro", and celeste are similar, but blu is a little bit more dark than azzurro, and azzurro is a little bit more dark than celeste. Bye
