From where is 일루와봐?
일루와봐 plain form?
and about the Korean schools don't they learn like 1,800 hanja characters right?
does that mean they know about 50-75% of every Hanja and its pronunciation? or are they just translated in Korean?

일루와봐 is broken colloquial form of 이리(로)와 봐. ( 이리로 + 오(다)+아 + 보(다)+아 )
it means "Come here"
In some Korean schools, students learn Hanja characters as a class.
And Some students learn Hanja at home.
But, unlike Japan, Korean people can live without inconvenience nowadays even if they do not know any Hanja.
Because Hanja is not considered as a foreign language, usually we don't need to translate Hanja in Korean.
The pronunciation of Hanja is the word itself.
For example, 山 is 산(mountain), 江 is 강(river), 辭典 is 사전(dictionary).
