Does "acho" mean both "I think" and "I find"?
I have heard people say, "Eu acho que" as in "I think that"
But also, "Eu não o posso achar" as in, "I can't find it."
Are both of these correct?
May you please write other example sentences using the word "acho"?
Obrigada!!

First, you have to know that on portuguese language there are different verb conjugations for each verbal person. For example: I think/eu acho, you think/tu achas, he she thinks/ele ela acha, we think/nós achamos, you think/vós achais, they think/eles acham.
Thus, the verb is "achar". The word "acho" is only one of its forms.
"Acho" from the verb "achar" means to find, but people also use it as an informal way like to think. Therefore, these two meanings are right.

Yes, both sentences are correct.
In Portuguese the verb "achar" has two common meanings:
1 -achar = pensar (to think) * using the verb "achar" to express "to think" is considered informal, in spoken Portuguese is ok.
2 -achar = encontrar (to find)
1 - Eu acho que vai chover hoje.
2 - Eu achei a minha chave!
