Which way sounds more natural
I have seen two ways to express "I like to play video games"
我喜欢玩电玩。
我喜欢玩视频游戏。
What one sounds better to Chinese people? Or are they both acceptable?

In Taiwan,  you cay say,
我喜欢打电玩。
In China Mainland, we say,
我喜欢玩电子游戏。

The first sentence sounds more natural to me. If you say the second sentence, I may think for a while and then understand that you translate it from English, but it is still understandable.
