Hi Mia! School ends at different times every day in the United States. Individual schools are allowed to set their own start and end times. Each US state gives schools a certain number of minutes they must use for teaching in one year, and schools themselves decide how to distribute these minutes. This is why we have some schools that start very early and end very late (but students who go there have fewer school days), while other schools have shorter days but have classes on more days during the year. The school where I work starts at 7:45 and ends at 15:30 every day except Tuesdays (classes end at 13:25 on Tuesdays, but teachers have to stay until 15:30 for meetings).

"In your country, what time does high school start and end? " I hope this helps. Our classes start at 8:45 am and end at 3:15 pm.

Starts at 07.00 to 14:00 and every friday we go home at mid day or before 12:00 :D
