Hello, i am translating webtoon and i don't get this. It looks like that someone is calling * 할시아 * if its name and * 쌩까냐? * slangy ?
(Are you truly kicking me ?)
Because before this prase stands 야, ( Hey, you ! ) But 할시아 is really weird name, maybe it means something different.

I think '할시아' is nickname. Korean didn't have this word. Maybe It is translated. '쌩까다' is slang of '무시하다' = ignore. :)
