How to say "I am (verb)" ex.) I am driving
안녕!
So I know the basic 운전 means driving
Would I just say 나는 운전 or is there a different statement? (Or 저는)
Please tell me if there are rules and/or differences I should take note of!
고마워!

You can say :
- (저는/전/나는/난)운전 중입니다.
- (저는/전/나는/난)운전 중이에요.
- (나) 운전 중이야.
In Korean 운전 of course means 'driving', but 운전 is completely a noun so it needs some words that are equivalent to 'be ~ing' that are' ~중이다', ~하고 있다' . Or you can simply add '~하다'.
For example :
A) 여보세요? 지금 어디야?
B) 지금 운전해. 좀 이따 전화하자.
= 운전 중이니까 이따 전화하자.
= 운전하고 있어. 이따 전화하자.
