"Has she a sister" or "Does she have a sister" please
Hi there.
I've seen both of the sentences("Has she a sister" & "Does she have a sister" )
But the former I've seen only once, while the latter I've seen more often...
So I'm a little “doubtful” whether "has she a sister" sounds not that native?
Thank you for your opinions all.
"Has she a sister" is weird, no native speaker would say it unless they were actively trying to sound strange. It's understandable, but weird.

Dear Anglela, thank you!!! Yes in fact I see "has she a sister" from a Chinese book which is called 文心 and the book was written decades years ago...

"Has she a sister?" sounds outdated and old-fashioned. It sounds like something that a native speaker from the 1800s or so might have said.
Still, it doesn't sound unnatural and any English speaker would understand you.
