It's marked incorrectly=when the teacher was grading it, the teacher did a bad job of grading. The correct answer was "A", and you said the answer was "A", but the teacher incorrectly said you gave the wrong answer.
It's marked incorrect=the teacher said that your answer was wrong. You said the answer was A, and the teacher said, "no, the answer is B."
