Number one: these sentences sound strange in the present tense because it sounds like a habit. It would be better in future tense e.g. "I will bring..." or "I will take..."
Number two: the difference between "bring" and "take" is the same as the difference between "come" and "go". Basically, "take" = "go" WITH something e.g. if I am in my house and we will "go" to the shopping centre together i.e. I will go WITH you, I can say "I will take you to the shopping centre".
However, "bring" is the same as "come" WITH something. So if I say "I will bring you to the shopping centre" it sounds strange because it means I am already in the shopping centre.
In conclusion, "take" is better in this example, but I would also change the tense

Hey, Elisabetta! In this case, the correct option is: I'll take you to the shopping centre.
One good and easy way to remember about these two verbs is similar to Lee's explanation:
"Bring" suggests motion toward the speaker
"Take" suggests motion away from the speaker
So when you mean something is moving away from the speaker, ou from a specific point, you better use "Take". If the direction is toward the speaker, you use "Bring".
Examples:
Can you please bring me a beer?
Can you please take this beer back to the freezer?
I hope this helps!

Both are correct and very similar, if not identical, in meaning. I think "take" is more common. It is a little unusual to see these sentences in the simple present tense, though. I would expect to see these sentences phrased in the present continuous tense: "I am taking you / bringing you to the shopping center."

I think - I take you, because to bring means to bring some objects, for example
