"der Morgenmuffel" - a person who doesn't like to talk in the morning, somebody who just wants to be left alone, usually with lots of coffee, for the first hour or so. "dösen" - to doze, i.e. when you're not really asleep, but sort of halfway between sleeping and being awake "einnicken" - to nod off, it's what happens to old people, sometimes they'll go to sleep in the middle of a sentence, or what happens when you're trying to stay awake even though you're really, really tired "Ich muß wohl kurz eingenickt sein.
