Marriage before military? My boyfriend is Korean and I'm American. We plan to get married next year. He hasn't done his mandatory military service yet, and we wondered how difficult it would be for him to get a spousal visa to the USA and stay here for a couple of years to sort of get on our feet before moving to Korea together while he does military. My question is, would the fact that he hasn't done military yet make it more difficult to get a spousal visa?
