Ich verstehe nicht ganz, warum bisher niemand erwähnt hat, daß "I don't give a shit" auf Deutsch "es ist mir scheißegal" heißt. ;) She (your crush) doesn't give a shit = Es ist ihr scheißegal Für "crush" gibt es tatsächlich kein gutes Wort im Deutschen. Man könnte sagen "meine Angebetete" (literally: my adored one), aber das ist in der normalen Umgangssprache ziemlich unüblich.

"Meine Freundin gibt keinen Pfifferling auf mich, egal wie sehr ich sie liebe." Ein Pfifferling ist ein Speisepilz, der in der Vergangenheit so häufig war, dass er einen nur geringen Werte hatte.

I think I would say: "Ich bin ihr vollkommen/total egal, egal wie sehr ich sie liebe." = Literally: I don't matter to her at all, no matter how much I love her. jemandem egal sein = to not matter to someone So if you switch the subject and object of the sentence you can create the meaning of "to not care/to not give a shit". What the other commenter said is also correct but it's not a very common phrase. (Also honestly the hardest part about translating your sentence is the word "crush" because for some reason German doesn't have a good word for that.) Hope this helps :)
