That sentence is grammatically wrong, so even I’m Korean it’s hard to understand. But one thing I can understand is that writer is reviling ‘여시’. FYI, 여시 is kind of internet community in Korea that only women can join. And the first phrase ‘주옥 같은’ is actually a good meaning; ‘like a jewl’. However, that phrase usually use as an informal bad phrase because ‘주옥’ sounds similar to ‘좆(dick)’.
