A couple of something vs A couple of more something I have been learning about the expression “a couple of something” but I have noticed that people also use these two expression “a couple of more something” and “a couple more something” or even “a couple something”. So I wonder if all of these four expression have the same meaning or the word “more” in this context means “another two of something” or “a few more something”. Any help will be appriciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi, Trung! I've never came across "a couple of more something". As to the usage of the preposition 'of', I would say that it's quite common to omit it in an informal setting ("I saw a couple people", "a couple hours"), but you would always use 'of' in formal written English (both British and American). Hope this helps :)
