Jenny is right. The spelling depends on whether the writer is using American or British English spelling conventions.
British English:
practise = verb
practice = noun
As Jenny says, this is easy to remember, because it follows the same pattern as advise (verb) and advice (noun).
American English:
practice = verb and noun

Hi. In UK English rather than American English practise is a verb, eg I practise speaking English every day. Practice is a noun eg I went to my doctor's medical practice. If you can't remember think of advice and advise, which follow the same pattern, but are pronounced differently.
I think in American English they only use practice.
Hope this is helpful.

The internet says that practice is a noun, practice is a verb.
But in real life, I think, "practice" is the more commonly used version, and is used interchangeably as a noun or verb.
