Estoy de acuerdo con las respuestas de Tania y Antonio, pero me gustaría remarcar que esta frase significa que CULPAMOS a otra persona de nuestras malas reacciones o comportamientos en un momento dado. Por cierto, debería ser "¿Por qué...", separado y con tilde.

Por ejemplo: Juan y María están discutiendo, porque Juan siempre llega tarde a las citas con María. Juan siempre tiene una excusa o dice una mentira. María se enfada mucho e insulta a Juan. Después, María le dice a Juan; ¿Por qué siempre sacas lo peor de mí?
