watch American or British movies, one movie per day, 2 hrs each, turn on the subtitle, wear earphone if possible. Do it every day for 3 months and see how you improve :D You can speak when you have listened a lot

By chatting I think you mean voice chat right. You should listen to native speakers conversation and try to imitate them. Practice makes things possible. So if you really want to master your accent start speaking like a native. Initially, you will make mistake or sound funny but regular practice will eventually take you there.
