Is this sentence is correct?
Good day! Does this sentence sound natural? - I have little doubt that people do not like being stuck in a traffic jam. Thank you!

It is technically correct but it does not sound natural. I would say instead "I doubt that anyone likes being stuck in a traffic jam." As a native Anglophone, this is definately something I would say and I am sure if you said it like this, you would sound closer to a native speaker.
