About a usage of the word "incorporate" Hello everyone, I found out some instances with the word "incorporate sth in/into sth". First sentence is: Many of your suggestions have been incorporated in the plan. and second one is: We have incorporated all the latest safety features into the design. I am wonder why there are "have been incorporated" instead of "are beeing incorporated". I thought this word need a passive form to use the sentence with the right meaning. In line with the opinion above, I could understand the second sentence, because the subject is "We" and the object is "all the latest safety features". So, in such a case it does not need to use passive form. I would appreciate your explanation.

"Many of your suggestions have been incorporated in the plan." - This is implies completion. The suggestions have already been incorporated _in the past_. "Many of your suggestions are being incorporated in the plan." - This implies that it is still happening. The suggestions are still being incorporated _at the present time_. Both are correct, just with different meanings.
