Il mio amica è italiana. I am male and my friend is famale
La mia amico è italiano. I am famale and my friend is male
Il mio amico è italiano. I am male and my friend is male.

Hi Sharon, number 1 and 4 are correct.
In Italian the sex of the person speaking doesn't make any difference here.
What matters is if the friend is a male or a female.
All the other elements in the sentence: article (il/la), possessive (mio/mia) and adjective (italiano/italiana) only match the noun AMICO/AMICA.
So you'll say:
La mia amica è italiana
Il mio amico è italiano

If you are male or female doesn't matter, because the subject of the sentence is the friend.
MY FRIEND is italian----> If the friend is a girl : La mia amica è italiana.
----> If the friend is a boy: Il mio amico è italiano.
