"You sound like I'm stupid" Vs. "You make it sounds like I'm stupid".
Is there any difference in nuance or in usage in contexts?

Hi Dolco,
The first one doesn't really make sense, if I can be honest.
Maybe better ways to say this are:
"You're making it / me sound like I'm stupid".
"You make me sound like I am an idiot".
"You make me sound stupid".
