second one means = your friend wanted introducing (possibly you, or other person) to others

"친구가 소개하고 싶었어요." would be the answer for this question. "Who wanted to introduce someone/something?" '이/가' is a subject marking particle and it is the subject of the sentence while '을/를' is an object marker. Hope it helps and please follow me at koreanclass.canada on Instagram!
