The last two examples are broken Turkish. Please use the first two examples.
Gel + eyim mi? = means "should I come"
Gel + elim mi? = means "should we come"

Merhaba Davood,
In written language
a) if you are writing to a close friend, very normal to use both 'geleyim' mi and 'alayım mı?'
b) written&formal language; gelmemi istermisiniz? almamı ister misiniz?
You always come up with interesting questions.
Teşekkürler.

Yes they say "geliim mi, aliim mi? geliyom, alıyom" in spoken language. I even say so, tough I'm trying to pay attention to my pronounce. But there is a truth that it sounds unpleasant to ear. You use the written forms. Don't make reductions.
