For example, if I got 4 answers correct while all my friends got only 2
Should I say "I got more correct answer than all my friends" or "I got the most correct answer"
I think the latter could be misunderstood as "Everyone got correct answer but my answer is the best".

I guess it's better to say " I got more correct answerS than all my friends". And if you say " I got the most correct answer" that will mean that your answer was the best, but you want to distinguish the number of your answers.
