Oh, yes, we have a version of the above, as well: "a dime a dozen". Ex.: "Jenny, don't waste your time with Todd. Guys like him are a dime a dozen."

In my neighborhood, perhaps it is colloquial, we say "not worth a dime"

In the U.S., we have these: 1. "not worth diddlysquat" (or shortened to "not worth squat") Ex.: "Your old VHS movies aren't worth diddlysquat anymore. Throw them out." 2. "white elephant" [this means a useless object around the house] Ex.: "Grandma has a dinosaur-shaped lint brush, four tissue box covers made of yarn, and a bowl of marbles! I've never seen so many white elephants in one house!" 3. "I need __________ like I need a hole in the head." Ex.: "I need your opinion like I need a hole in the head." For fun, this English word really exists, though it is certainly not in common use: floccinaucinihilipilification It means "the act of estimating something as worthless". And so, when we use these expressions, we are floccinaucinihilipilificating.
