Hi everyone, I have a question. If a bank offers to its customer a " fixed interest rate" for instance, should I call this "fixed interest rate" a "product" or a "service" of the bank ?

If the bank only offered this 'deal' to certain loyal customers, then I would call it a 'service'. If the 'deal' was open to anyone, I'd call it a product.

If a bank offers its customers a " fixed interest rate" , we call it an iterm of services of the bank.
and the bank has a saving product which provides coustomers with a fixed interest rate.
