Quoted from Korean grammar for International learners The verb 싶다 can follow a wide variety of endings, including -나, -(으)ㄹ까, -(으)ㄹ성, -구나, -지, etc. In each case it expresses the speaker's guess or supposition, or else the speaker's judgement about some fact. 음식이 맛이 있나 싶어 먹어 보았습니다 = I ate the food thinking it might taste good. 오늘은 친구한테서 전화가 오지 않을까 싶다 = I have a feeling my friend might call today. 그 사람이 화를 낼 성싶어서 그 말을 하지 않았어요 = I thought he might get angry so I didn't say anything 그런 예쁜 여자도 있구나 싶었다 = I thought to myself 'Hey, there are girls as pretty as that, too?' (In other words, 'I had no idea there were girls as pretty as that!') 아마 그 친구는 학교에 갔지 싶어요 = She must certainly have gone to school (I reckon). There is no distinction of negative or positive form. But, ~ㄹ까 싶다 is more commonly used for worried situation than other forms. 싶다 in these forms can be replace by '라고/하고 생각하다'

따옴표를 넣어서 문장 구조를 분석해 보면 이렇게 돼요. '이번이 정규앨범이라 이렇게 빨리 나와도 될까' 싶은 부담감 '~~' 안의 문장은 혼자만의 생각(궁금증,의문)입니다. 그리고 '싶은'을 '하는' 으로 바꿔서 생각하시면 쉬울 것 같아요. '이번이 정규앨범이라 이렇게 빨리 나와도 될까?' 하는 부담감인데 그것보다 약간 약한 뉘앙스로 '하는'을 '싶은' 으로 바꾸어 '싶은'부담감으로 썼습니다. "~~~" 그런 부담감. 하는 부담감. 싶은 부담감. 으로 비슷한 빈도로 자주 쓰이는 표현입니다. 정확한 의미는 이번 앨범이 정규로 내는 앨범인데도 너무 빨리 낸 것 같아서 조금 마음이 부담스럽고 무거웠다는 뜻입니다.
