아릿해와 = 아릿해 와 (conjugated form of 아릿해 오다 = 아릿하다 + -아/어/여 오다 ).
* 아릿하다 = 1) (an object) looms barely visibly, 2) have a tingling or mildly stinging sensation (on taste/smell buds, in your heart, etc).
(Only sense 2 works well with -아/어 오다. 아리다 is the more common word with the same meaning.)
* -아/어/여 오다 = helper verb for describing something taking place gradually. e.g. 아침이 밝아왔다 = The day dawned.
* 아릿해 오다 = 아려 오다 (a part of the body) starts to feel a slight pain, tingling, or similar sensation.
e.g. 고추를 먹었더니 혀가 아려/아릿해 왔다 = After eating a hot pepper, my tongue started to tingle.
e.g. 어릴 떄 친구와 놀던 생각이 나서 마음이 아려/아릿해 왔다 = Recalling how I played with my buddy as a child, I felt a tingling in my heart.
