Hello Evgeniy, They could be interchangeable yet : 美丽 měi​lì​ means only beautiful while 漂亮 piào​liang​ could mean both beautiful or pretty. So 漂亮 is more likely to refer to girl's and women beauty, while 美丽 includes also any beautiful thing, scenery etc...

美丽means,a person who has good appearance and good heart 漂亮just can describe a person that has good appearance.do you understand?
