What is the difference between겠어요 and 겠군요
I think both mean:you must be....
But don't know what is the difference,then.

"-겠어요" usually expresses "my will or plan", in the other hand "-겠군요" indicates a guessed future event. In the most cases, the subject of the sentence "-겠군요" is third person Not "I".
"-겠어요"
It may be translated as "will/am going to” or “plan to”, express "the will" and "intent" of the speaker.
- "저는" 담배를 꼭 끊겠어요. I'm going to stop smoking.
- "저는" 그 일을 하겠어요. I'm going to do the task.
"-겠군요"
It may be translated as "I see/guess that he/she will do".
- "그 사람이" 담배를 끊겠군요. I guess that he will stop smoking.
- "그 사람이" 여행을 가겠군요. I guess that he will travel.
