キス(kisu), based on the English word "kiss", is the most colloquial of the three. We don't use the other two in everyday conversation. You may see and hear 口づけ (kuchizuke) in lyrics or narrative lines. You'll see 接吻 in some old literature (like those from early Showa, Taisho, Meiji) or modern novels about those old periods.
These days, another colloquial word, "chuu (-suru)", is widely used, especially among younger people. It's used less seriously than "kisu(-suru)".
