hi,
Jhiehan is almost perfect to her answer.
the only thing is that, the expression "you came?" implies two meanings (i.e. to come and to arrive):
"you came?" - "dumating ka?" (arrive)
"you came?" - "pumunta ka?" / "nagpunta ka?" (come)
however, still, with this kind of 'interrogation', a question particle is not necessary as the sentence structure itself can be a direct question.

Dumating ka? :) -- If you are going to say "Dumating ka BA?" it will mean "Did you come?".

Hi there! Romulus is right. The phrase "you came" may have 2 different meanings. In addition to above answers, here's my point of view:
1. If you mean "did you come (to the party, to the event)?", then it can be translated in Tagalog as "Nagpunta ka ba sa pagdiriwang (celebration)?"
2. If you mean "did you come to my house last night?", then it should be translated as "Nagpunta ka ba sa bahay ko kagabi?"
3. If you mean "What time did you arrive at the meeting?", then you should say "Anong oras ka dumating sa pulong?"
4. If you mean "Did you come to meet her on time?", then it should be translated as "Nagpunta ka ba upang katagpuin sya sa takdang oras?"
I hope the sentences above will somehow help you. Happy learning!!

Hope it's OK I have a go... ;)
"Dating ka ba?"
"ba" is the interrogative particle, not sure about any conjugation for "dating" (come, arrive)?
