Salut Oscar, 'des' is the plural of the indefinite article 'de' ,so here in the context of this question it means 'some' or 'any' as Daniel mentioned: "Would you like to have some cakes?" 'ces' is the plural of the demonstrative adjective 'ce' and means 'these' or 'those' . "Would you like to have these/those cakes?"
