When could I use "between A to B"? When could I use "between A to B"? Some say it must be "between A and B", while other say "between A to B" could be possible to use." I think both of them are right. What do you think? I have also found out both of them from some example sentences.. But I'd like to hear what native English speakers think about it. The examples I have seen. 1) The ratio of boys to girls is between 1.04 and 1.07. That means there are between 104 to 107 male babies for every 100 female babies. 2) Between 60 to 70 percent of people who ask for our catalog and free samples end up ordering from us. I can somehow understand what these two sentences mean, but I'd like to understand them specifically. Thanks.
