Problems with confirmation Emails
Hi,
I can't get the confirmation Email for my account. Emails to feedback@italki.com or customer@italki.com weren't answered. My Spam-Filter is disabled. Did anybody have the same problem or a solution?

I am also facing the same problem. I didn't get the email confirmation mail. Also checked the spam, nothing there regarding confirmation mail.

I have reported your case to the tech team of italki.com and they will confirm you email address manually. It might be related with your spam filter.

Hi Thopal,you can send Feedback to Italki by clicking on Feedback link at the top-right of the page instead of Email to feedback@italki.com or customer@italki.com,i haven't meet the same problem.
