What is the difference between Eobseo and Obshi?

I think you mean Eobseo(없어) and Eobsi(없이). (Uh, 옵쉬?)
If there's not something or you have no something, you can say XX eobseo.
XX eobsi means 'without XX'. silsu eobsi = without mistakes.
