Quick introduction:
The word implies top speeds and immediate actions, but before
you finish to say it, the day is usually over!
The word is 'precipitevolissimevolmente', it is an adverb,
it's meaning (as an adverb) is: to fall with a great speed;
chain of words:
precipizio (subsr.) ==>>
precipitare (verb) ==>> precipitevole (adj.) ==>> precitevolissimo (adj.?) ==>>
precipitevolissimevolmente
precipitare means: to fall for a long tract [without intention]
For what I know precipitevolissimevolmente is a good Italian word, and I
found it only in examples related to the language, so actually it is in disuse.
Of the cited words above, only 'precipitare' is used;
examples:
Tizio e' precipitato da un burrone, pero' e' caduto su un letto di foglie senza grande danno.
Ha bloccato l'intruso e precipitevolissimevolmente si e' lanciato sul telefono.
(I think this could be actually used)
Appena ha visto le fiamme, invece di scappare via subito,
si e' precipitato a dare il comando di chiusura a Windows; purtroppo
Windows doveva fare gli aggiornamenti e noi abbiamo perso un bravo tecnico!
Se non vai piu' piano precipitiamo dal ciglio della strada.
Il mio gatto stamattina e' caduto precipitevolissimevolmente dal terzo piano, guarda come corre ancora dietro le lucertole!
