klootzak = similiar to asshole, but it literally means just bag of balls x)
lul = dialect insult for dick 
koeie = dialect insult for cow (correct language = koe)
stuk stront = piece of shit
woste = dialect for... sausage haha, but it's an insult haha (correct language = worst)
vetzak = similiar to fat ass, but literally means bag of fat

well, that's about all i can think of right now. i sense you have bad intentions after all.. :P haha, i'm kidding
