they are almost the same in many sentences.
example:My height is not that high compare to(compare with) him
But, there is a little different between them,I'd like to give some examples
1)Some poets compare sleep to death.(means sleep is like death)
2)The writer compares the moon to a small boat.(means moon is like boat)
in these situation, you cannot use compare with

The meaning is virtually the same, but what is commonly used is "compared to"
"In comparison to Motorcycles" It's naturally said by native speakers.

"Compare with" usually refers to comparing things that are similar. The woman compared the twin boy with his brother to find anything different. That star is slightly brighter when compared with the other star.
"Compare to" usually is used when comparing different things. The teacher compared the boy to a monster. Linguists sometimes compare English to Jazz music.
However, spoken usage has thinned the lines of clarity between these two statements, and many native English speakers will use them interchangeably.
Hope that helps.
