Hello again! The grammatical correct order for a subjunctive verb in the sentence is right after the subject, which means the first one is more correct and even more natural. But (as usual :,) ) there is an exception to this rule: If you want to emphasize on a part of your sentence, an effective way is to place that part BETWEEN the subject and the subjunctive verb (But don’t forget to bring the subjunctive verb right after your emphasis part). So if in this example if you want to emphasize on “آخر هفته” , the second version would also be correct and natural too. This thing applies for both written and spoken way, but in spoken sometimes we do an exaggeration (!) in emphasizing and say this: این آخر هفته اون میخواد چه‌کار کنه؟ این آخر هفته اون میخواد بره سینما. Though mostly we say: اون میخواد این آخر هفته چه‌کار کنه؟ اون میخواد این آخر هفته بره سینما. As for your second question, if you mean the vocal “e” that comes as اضافه, yes, it is “ آخرِ هفته “.
