Hi are the lesson times posted in our time zone or the teachers time zone? My lesson starts at 15:00 and I am in EST.

Both parties see the time in his or her own time zone, but only if you've set your time zone correctly. You can check your profile page and / or settings to make sure the time on your profile is correct for your location.
