I think this is such an hard question for an Italian. I don't want to sound nationalist (because I'm not at all) but the whole Italy is wonderful. Of course there are places like Rome, Venice, Naples or Florence which are the most famous and they totally worth a visit. Have you ever heard of Matera, Alberobello, Trieste, Ravenna, Bagnoregio, Agrigento (and I could list many more)? They are open-air museums. I live abroad and I don't think that Italy is the most beautiful Country in the world, but I guess it could be include in the top ten. Food, culture, art, nature, history: all within the boundaries of a boot-shaped Country.
