I hit the hay around 11 p.m every night and I usually listen to a podcast in english while lying down in my bed or I check my phone to read something in english to fall asleep. I know, some studies has proved that checking your phone before you sleep, is not a good idea, in fact, your brain releases some hormones because of the light of your cell phone, at the end of the day you need to supress your brain to sleep, but for me I can fall asleep easily after checking my phone.
